NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING | PROXY / REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENT FORM – 2024

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 3 December 2024 at 4 pm.

We ask our Members to please review the notice of our AGM below, which includes the ten Board Member Nominations received and the Proxy/Representative Appointment Form for Members who are unable to attend the AGM. Please review the notice below for further instructions.

This year, attendees will have the special opportunity to be among the first to hear about and engage with our strategic vision for 2025-2030, which will be unveiled during the AGM.

Our End of Year Member Sundowner will also take place on Tuesday 3 December following the AGM from 5 pm. Please join us in our beautiful courtyard on Whadjuk Boodja to celebrate our 2024 reconciliation journey together with good music, good food and good friends.
The Sundowner will feature Birak Festive Markets where attendees can do some early Christmas shopping and support local Aboriginal businesses. The markets will include artists, clothing, jewellery and more!

Please register as soon as possible to confirm your attendance. Due to capacity limits, we are inviting up to four people per organisation.
