Uluru Youth Yarns

A new addition to the program, this year RWA is launching an event for the next generation of leaders – Uluru Youth Yarns!

Are you a young professional or student with a passion for advocacy, politics, and social justice? Want to learn about The Voice to Parliament and be part of the reconciliation movement? Join us for Uluru Youth Yarns – a special event for the next generation of leaders!

This is an opportunity to ask the hard questions, have honest conversations, and find out what you can do to make a difference. As young leaders, this is the first referendum we are voting in, so it’s important to be informed and engaged.

The event will start with a short presentation from Uluru Youth Dialogue, followed by bean bag Yarning Circles led by young Aboriginal and ally voices, so you can chat about reconciliation, The Voice to Parliament, and the upcoming referendum.  The evening will end with an alcohol-free celebration including storytelling and music by Wardandi Bibbulmun Nation singer songwriter & producer, Boox Kid!

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn, connect and be part of the movement towards reconciliation. Register now to secure your spot at Uluru Youth Yarns!
